今天老师给考生们带来2014年9月雅思写作预测，希望能给考生们带来帮助。今年其实根本没有暑假，天气凉爽到60年一遇！个人认为今年雅思有点乱！按照规律难度一季一变，九月有可能难度有所下降！

　今天老师给考生们带来2014年9月雅思写作预测，希望能给考生们带来帮助。
　7、8月份是雅思流程图和地图的重灾月，一共考了三次，分别是7月10、19日和8月16日，暑假档的小作文除了流程图和地图就是柱图和表格的天下，柱图考了两次，表格共考了三次，所以可以这么说，暑假的雅思小作文是三分天下。近的一次线图都已经要追述到6月中旬了，饼图更是要追述到今年的一月份（晕死），今年几乎没有考到饼图（就一次！），因此，今年的小作文在难度上开始发力！大量出现流程图和表格！而这两种图形恰恰是烤鸭头痛的图形。线图今年考的也相当少总共才5次（其中两次还是和其他图形的组合）！一个月一次都不到，要逆天了！
　今年其实根本没有暑假，天气凉爽到60年一遇！雅思也给大带来了一丝寒意！大作文居然出现两次体育话题！虽然考的几乎都是老题，但是比较偏，都属于平时不太考到或者频率相对较低的题目！
　个人认为今年雅思有点乱！按照历年的规律，九月换题！可是小作文已经在暑期档出现大量新题！大作文的难度再加大！按照规律难度一季一变，九月有可能难度有所下降！至少要回归正常状态！有句话怎么说来着：危险的地方就是安全的去处！猹感觉到了一丝狡邪地微笑！

　1.Some people support the developments in agriculture such as factory farming and creations of new types of fruits and vegetables, while others oppose this view. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

　4.Schools should concentrate on teaching students the academic subjects that will be useful for their future careers. Subjects such as music and sports are not useful. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
　5.Millions of dollars have been spent on space research. But somebody says space research wasted money; they suppose money should be used to improve human’s life. Do you agree or disagree?
　6.Many developing countries are currently expanding their tourist industries Why is this the case? Is it a positive development?
　7.Poor countries have realized the importance of health care, education and trade for their development. Many people think that rich countries should give them more support. Do you agree or disagree?
　8.In many countries television shows many foreign-made programmers. The dominance of imported entertainment is harmful to the cultures of these countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
　9.Sports and entertainment personalities are more valued that the professional workers like doctors, lawyers and teachers. Why do you think this happen? Do you think it is a good or bad development?
　10.Nowadays people live in the society where consumers’ goods are relatively cheaper to buy. Do you think its advantages outweigh its disadvantages?

   　一、想要，盼望做某事：

　　一讲到想做某事时，学生们常会不由自主地想起want to do sth ;其实还有许多常见的相近表达

　　long to do sth/ Be eager to do sth/ Look forward to doing sth 盼望做某事

　　be desperate to do sth 极度盼望做某事

　　be determined to do sth 决心做某事

　　intend to do 想要去做某事，打算去做

　　be willing to do 乐意做某事

　　be more likely to do sth 更有可能做某事

　　tend to do sth 倾向做某事

　　二、完结: complete = fulfill = accomplish= achieve

　　Restrict one’s potential 约束或人的潜力

　　Stifle creativity /imagination 摧残创造力/想象力

　　Foster/stimulate creativity 培育/刺激创造力

　　三、处理问题

　　处理: solve = resolve = address = tackle

　　处理、应对 cope with = deal with=handle

　　take some measures to resolve/solve/address/ tackle the problem

　　当后边宾语加的是issue, problem的时分,这几个词基本上是可以交换的

　　四、前进,加强: improve = enhance= promote = strengthen = optimize= stimulate =boost=increase

　　improve 较通用，可作及物也可作不及物动词用。

　　Improve social skills/ English / efficiency / living standard

　　enhance 前进( its value、quality or attractiveness )

　　promote 促进，增进

　　promote economic growth

　　Promote the cultural communication and interaction between....and.... (= contribute to/towards the mutual understanding )

　　还有晋升的意思someone is promoted

　　strengthen 使变强;加强 ( 与weaken正好相反)

　　~Feeling /belief/ relationship感情/信奉/联络

　　~Team /army 增强团队/戎行实力

　　~Financial situation (使)改善财政状况

　　To optimize( a plan、 system or machine)使优化
