Well, actually the subject that I want to talk about is English. I have to be honest here, I was terrible in English when I was a kid. Especially with those words and grammars. It was just extremely hard to understand. Besides, at that time, I didn’t understand why I had to learn English. As you know, Chinese student doesn’t really get any chance to actually put their English into daily use. So, as a result, I rejected it. I started to not paying attention in the English class. Nowadays, however, things changed. With the development of globalization, English becomes more and more popular so that there are more and more occasions that people living in china can actually put English in use. 

There are more and more foreigners come to china for a visit everyday, more and more people start their career in an international company that uses English for daily communication. Even for myself I started to fall in love with it as I can finally put what I learned from school in practice. After learning English for so many year, I finally have the ability to communicate effectively with foreigners. I started to feel that so many years of learning words, phrases and complex sentence structures are finally paying off. So that’s why I want to talk about English.
